I happily join the Stephanie fan club. I interviewed her to design a kitchen, but as soon as we met, I knew I wanted her for more than that. We completely furnished a top-to-bottom renovation of a 100 year old house, transforming it into an open, light and airy contemporary space without losing its character and Southern charm. And because this house is destined for short-term rental, we were very conservative in all our expenditures, looking for style and comfort at reasonable price points. Stephanie is easy to work with, creative and fun. Also unflappable which is nice, because no project is without problems. She made all of ours small and my days as a result, much less stressful. My 1st experience with a designer, Stephanie was both professional & laid back. I thought I’d be intimidated but was not! I have NO eye for design but she always gave options & listened to what my husbands and my lifestyle needs were. She saw the home layout prior to home building completion & gave us a comfortable and classy design look. Delivery took longer than I anticipated, but now I know that’s obviously normal for custom made drapes and refurbished unique tables. She furnished one large open family room, dining room and gorgeous drapes throughout including master bedroom & cafe style curtains for the bathroom to allow the natural light to come through. I highly recommend Stephanie and she also offered a few bits of free suggestions I could do myself in another bedroom!
